**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact at Niramay Care Centre. You will handle front-desk duties, manage phone calls, assist patients and visitors, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and caregivers in a warm and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Schedule appointments and maintain patient records accurately
Coordinate with the nursing and admin team to manage patient flow
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle check-ins, billing queries, and basic documentation support
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, or hospital setting is an advantage(Optional)
- Proficient in MS Office, basic computer skills, and good telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication in **Marathi, Hindi, and English**:

- Strong organizational skills with a pleasant personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a compassionate care environment
