JD:

- Check the scrap/CSR system data according to IMS/Physically and share the details to Mariyappan sir
- Send mail to location engineers regarding inventory modification and updation in IMS
- Need to upload the attotment letters into the IMS on daily basis and need to recheck the same on weekly basis
- After receiveing the data from engineers regarding system data modification, need to update into the IMS
- Check the assets (Laptop/Desktop, Adaptor, Bag) of the resigned users and share the details with Mariyappan sir for NOC
- Communicate with location engineers regarding EDI/Non EDI systems and update them into IMS
- Keep a track of Spare and alloted bags to the users with date and department into the register
- Keep a track of Spare and alloted peripheral devices (RAM, Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor, HDD, Etc) to the users with date and department into the register
- If there is any discrepancy in the IMS data and software tools, need to rectify that and update the same into IMS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹188,739.77 - ₹220,465.11 per year
