Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales Activities:
Conduct direct sales activities on the ground, visiting schools, colleges, tuition centers, and residential areas to promote and sell our EdTech products.

Engage with students, parents, and educators to understand their educational needs and offer suitable solutions from our product portfolio.

Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our EdTech solutions.

Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identify potential leads through market research, school visits, and local events.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly follow up to convert leads into sales.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's customer base.

Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with students, parents, educators, and school administrators to create a loyal customer base.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to encourage repeat sales and upsell additional products and services.

Gather feedback from clients to improve the customer experience and provide insights to the product development team.

Market Analysis:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions in the EdTech sector.

Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the assigned territory.

Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the sales manager on market developments and sales performance.

Event Participation:
Represent the company at educational fairs, community events, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.

Organize and conduct local workshops, seminars, and demo sessions to engage with potential customers.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the EdTech industry or educational sector.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and education.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling EdTech products, online courses, or educational software.

Familiarity with the education system, school curriculums, and learning methodologies.

Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
