Local Unit & Position Description:
We are seeking **Accounts Receivable Intern **for the Global Centre GSS Finance based in Pune, India.

**Duration: 6 months (Hybrid work model
- 3 days in office and 2 days work from home)**

**Allowance: INR 15,000 per month**

The Accounts Receivable Intern team will report to the Team Leader. The Accounts Receivable Intern is a member of a team of accountants, overseeing all accounts receivable duties of a given geographical region.

To succeed in this role, you are a team player with the ability to create an atmosphere of motivation and enthusiasm to be part of building up the Global Centre. You will play a key role in service implementation of the Accounts Receivable processes.

**Key Tasks**
- Making calls to customers, Handling disputes
- Payment plan handling, administrative tasks
- Updating customer master data
- Refund preparation and review
- Perform collection calls on assigned customer accounts
- Create and maintain customer profiles
- Provide timely and accurate correspondence with internal and external customer
- Smooth closure of the month-end related activities

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Excellent English skills required, written and verbal
- Should be able to work for 6 months
