Responsibilities:
**Team Leadership**:Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and address any concerns or challenges.

**Daily Operations Management**:Oversee the daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet production targets.

**Report Generation**:Prepare and manage daily reports detailing incoming and outgoing quantities of 20L drinking water bottles.
Analyze production data to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.

**Quality Control**:Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee that each water bottle meets the highest standards of purity and safety.
Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify and rectify any quality issues promptly.

**Hands-On Support**:Lead by example and step in to perform production tasks as needed, especially during peak production periods or in the absence of team members.
Provide training and guidance to workers to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

**Communication**:Maintain open communication channels with other departments, addressing any production-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements and achieve overall company objectives.

**Safety Compliance**:Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers follow established safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Thane, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
