**Job Description: Production Supervisor**

**Company**: Reputed Polyurethane Industries
**Location**: Wada
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Food + Bachelor/Family Accommodation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Ensure production schedules are met as per client requirements.
- Monitor daily production activities and resolve any issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the production team to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- **Invoicing and Dispatches**:

- Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of client orders.
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor and ensure product quality adheres to company and client standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain records of inventory levels and requisition materials as needed.
- Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Lead and guide production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Foster a safe and productive work environment.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain production and dispatch logs and report to senior management.
- Provide updates on production targets and resolve discrepancies as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
