Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively approach potential customers in public areas, such as streets, malls, events, or other high-traffic locations, to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
- Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, promoting our products or services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product or service recommendations.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and be able to address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a knowledgeable and persuasive manner.
- Utilize sales techniques, such as upselling, cross-selling, and closing strategies, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using designated tools or systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to develop sales strategies, share feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings to remain competitive and provide superior customer service.
- Represent the company's brand and maintain a professional and positive image in all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales guidelines, code of conduct, and compliance regulations.
- Take surveys and feedbacks as conveyed by the concerned department.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively seek out sales opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and handle rejection or setbacks.
- Ability to work on foot, stand for extended periods, put up kiosks and navigate different locations and environments.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and sales reporting.
