**Job Overview**:
As an Account Executive at Holy Family Kurla Nursing Collage, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure they are receiving the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Identify new business opportunities and prospects through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Achieve sales quotas and targets through effective prospecting, lead conversion, and sales presentations.
- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
- **Account Management**:

- Oversee the lifecycle of client accounts from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure clients receive quality service and product solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM software.
- Monitor account performance, providing regular reports and updates to management on sales progress, forecasts, and goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet both client needs and company objectives.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure that contracts and agreements are compliant and beneficial to both parties.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role (typically 2-5 years of experience).Graduation Bcom BAF Specialized in accosting profile

Male Female Both Staff will be preferable

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Hospital or Nursing collage in case any other sector still ok
- Knowledge About GST Tally ledger Bank Statement
- Worked in Accounts using tally good with Excel

**Qualification**: Graduate /PG /MCom /MBA
