ILET Solutions is looking for full time Instruction Designer for its requirements in Bangalore.
- Develop storyboard as per content research outline
- Make review changes for language, ID and flow
- Upload and test content and quiz
- Create scripts for translation and voice over
- Create course structure
- Research content for various domains
- Identify new interactivity for online courses
- Analyze target audience profiles
- Analyze content to identify content gaps and create course outlines
- Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and define learning objectives for courses
- Storyboard and review storyboards for WBTs
- Develop and review developed material for ILTs
- Document design and writing specifications and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- 5+ yrs of experience in Instructional Design role, preferably from E learning industry
- Experience in content analysis, storyboarding WBTs
- Experience in reviewing scripts, storyboards, and developed outputs
- Experience in working with the graphics team to get ideas across
- Should have knowledge of a full project life cycle including timelines and targets, flexibility with extended hours, etc.
- Good knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint)
