**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers visiting the site.
- Present and explain plot details, features, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide regular updates on customer interactions and sales progress.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and close sales effectively.
- Confident, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Prior sales experience in real estate or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of the local real estate market in Pollachi is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pollachi.

Salary & Benefits:

- **Salary Range**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month.
