**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Documentum D2 solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Oversee the development and execution of project plans ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Documentum D2 to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Documentum D2.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant sales and marketing regulations and standards.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project outcomes and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Documentum D2-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Documentum D2 and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong technical background in Documentum D2 with at least 8 years of hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Sales & Marketing and Regulatory Compliance domains.
- Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Hold a relevant certification in Documentum D2 or a related field.

**Certifications Required**

Documentum D2 certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
