**Job Description and KPIs: Graphic Designer**

Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer in an early-stage Venture Capital investment company, you will bring

creativity and technical expertise to support the company’s brand promotion and sales efforts. Your

primary responsibilities will include creating visually compelling content, animations, and videos that

engage investors and audiences. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to

produce high-impact graphics, animations, and promotional materials that align with the company’s

branding and investment goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Creative Content Development**:

- Design and develop high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and videos for

branding, product demonstrations, and investor engagement.

**2. Brand Promotion**:

- Produce creative animations, explainer videos, and other visual assets for brand
- building initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize innovative ideas for company

or product launches.

**3. Video Editing**:

- Edit video content to produce polished, engaging materials for campaigns and

investor presentations.
- Incorporate audio, special effects, and motion graphics to enhance video quality and

storytelling.

**4. Sales Support**:

- Develop creative visual content, including product demo videos, that effectively

communicates the value proposition of portfolio companies and investment

opportunities.
- Assist the sales team by generating quick-turnaround graphics and animations for

investor pitches and promotional activities.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, investor relations, and

marketing, to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design technologies to maintain a

competitive edge.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field

(preferred but not mandatory based on skills).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, or video production.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya).
- Proficiency in motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Strong video editing skills with tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe

Premiere.
- Ability to produce quick-turnaround content while maintaining high quality.
- Exceptional creativity and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with branding principles and marketing strategies.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
**1. Content Quality and Timeliness**:

- Delivery of high-quality 3D animations, videos, and motion graphics within agreed

timelines.
- Alignment of content with company branding and messaging standards.

**2. Creative Output**:

- Number of creative assets (animations, videos, graphics) delivered per month.
- Innovation and uniqueness of design ideas, measured by internal and stakeholder

feedback.

**3. Sales Support Efficiency**:

- Turnaround time for creating sales and promotional materials (e.g., WhatsApp

content, demo videos).
- Contribution to successful investor pitches or product launches supported by

creative assets.

**4. Branding Impact**:

- Effectiveness of visual content in enhancing brand recognition and investor

engagement.
- Increase in audience retention or interaction rates on branded digital platforms.

**5. Collaboration and Adaptability**:

- Positive feedback from sales and marketing teams on responsiveness and

collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and tight deadlines.

- Regular introduction of new creative techniques or formats that align with industry

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
