Senior Graphic Designer / Communication Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer / CommunicationDesigner with strong experience in the jewellery industry. The role involves creating compelling visualcommunication for branding, marketing campaigns, product promotions, packaging, and digitalplatforms to enhance the brand's presence and engage luxury customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs for jewellery branding, campaigns,lookbooks, product catalogues, and packaging.

Design and adapt content across digital (social media, website, emailers, online ads) and print(brochures, posters, in-store branding, hoardings, exhibition collaterals).

Create visual storytelling for luxury jewellery collections, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.

Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and product design teams to translate businessrequirements into effective visuals.

Manage photoshoots, retouching, and editing to highlight jewellery craftsmanship and details.

Ensure brand consistency in all design outputs across offline and online channels.

Lead and mentor junior designers, delegating work and ensuring timely delivery.

Stay updated with the latest luxury, fashion, and jewellery design trends to maintain a modern andpremium brand presence.

Coordinate with printers, vendors, and agencies for high-quality production of marketing collaterals.

Skills & Competencies

Strong portfolio with relevant jewellery/fashion/luxury industry design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) andother design tools.

Knowledge of digital marketing creatives and UI/UX basics for e-commerce.

Excellent sense of typography, layout, colors, and luxury branding aesthetics.

Ability to create visual communication strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Strong project management and team leadership skills.

Attention to detail with ability to bring out jewellery intricacy and elegance in designs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in graphic/communication design, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashionindustry.

Experience in handling luxury/lifestyle brand campaigns is highly desirable.

Key Deliverables

Seasonal campaign creatives (print + digital)

Jewellery catalogues, brochures, and lookbooks

Brand identity and packaging designs

Social media and website creatives

Event/exhibition branding collaterals
