Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Monitor the entire manufacturing process, from raw material handling to packaging of finished goods.
- Implement production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of production lines and equipment to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective measures.
- Manage and motivate production staff to achieve targets and maintain high morale.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on production processes and safety protocols.
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
- Monitor and control waste to minimize costs and improve resource utilization.
- Conduct safety drills, provide safety training, and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Investigate and report workplace incidents and implement preventative measures.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, equipment performance, and downtime.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
- Respond promptly to production issues and implement solutions to avoid delays.
- Ensure proper functioning of production equipment through regular maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated or underperforming machinery.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
