We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to fill the role of Dispatch and Warehouse Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient dispatch of goods and ensuring timely and accurate delivery, while also managing the warehouse operations, including inventory and transfer control, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to outlets/kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Ensure accurate inventory & transfer control and coordinate with other teams to minimize inventory discrepancies & accurate delivery.

Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Creating & generating reports using Management Information Systems (MIS), prepare, present & maintain reports on Warehouse & Inventory Transfers/Movement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, orders and shipments.

Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high-quality performance.

Support inventory planning and forecasting efforts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries and shipments.

Oversee dispatch operations, including planning, scheduling, and routing of deliveries

Develop and maintain reports to monitor inventory levels, stock movements and other key inventory metrics

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other ERP tools (Would be an Add on).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of inventory management and best practices.

Fluency in the local language.

Basic educational degree.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
