**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and collection targets.
- Effectively promote and merchandise our product range.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely support.
- Maintain accurate reports of visits, sales, and follow-ups.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery, paper, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Familiarity with the local retail and distribution market will be an advantage.
