Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Corporate Communication Executive who shall be responsible for Corporate Communication, Branding, Marketing, and PR Manager. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement with our members and industry stakeholders in the vibrant music and entertainment sector. You shall be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, managing multi-channel content development, and
fostering strategic partnerships to amplify our brand impact.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Content Development
- interviews, manuals, and tutorials tailored to resonate with members and industrystakeholders across online and offline platforms.Multi-Channel Communication
- Manage and contribute to the development of multi-channel communication across various

touchpoints including the website, podcast, YouTube channel, social media platforms,handbook, manuals, and other communication requirements.Event Management and Engagement
- Collaborate with the Communication Head and regional teams to organize events and activities

aimed at member engagement and brand initiatives.pre-event, and post-event promotion, as well as PR coverage and amplification across onlineand offline platforms.Stakeholder Coordination -ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.Industry Networking -facilitating knowledge sharing and networking opportunities.Agency Collaboration -and activities aligned with business objectives and new-age PR content requirements.Social Media Management -engaging content updates.Brand Compliance and Awareness
- Contribute value through ideation, stakeholder outreach, content development, messaging,
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for required content and marketing deliverables,
- Connect with industry insiders and artists in various regions to organize webinars and seminars,
- Liaise with PR, digital, and external agencies to ideate, brief, and lead campaigns, promotions,
- Monitor and update social media pages and websites regularly, ensuring timely and
- Ensure brand compliance and awareness by tightening adherence to brand guidelines across all
- communication channels and touchpoints.Outreach Programs and Events

- Work closely with the Corporate Communication Head on internal and external communication

initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.

**Skills Required**:

- Captivating storytelling abilities to effectively engage audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of the music industry in India and abroad will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital media trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks independently.
- Innovative thinking and ability to think out-of-the-box to drive impactful campaigns.
- Accountability and ownership for tasks from inception to completion.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,528.04 per month
