**A.**

1. Meeting & Coordinating with sales team, production team, managing schedules, and communicating all information related to respective projects.

2. Regular Meeting with production team & ensure scheduled production planning is followed as per planned on daily basis.

3. Making note of Minute of Meeting and to share with Management on daily Bases.

4. Ensure the adequacy on material, production, Dispatch, and project status with reasoning.

5. To prepare a daily, weekly, and monthly reports on individual projects.

6. Coordinate with Sales team & Production team on processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

7. Inform / Discuss on unforeseen delays or problems on production with Sales team.

8. Monitor the production progress, identify shortcoming and propose improvements for better result.

9. Coordinate closely with Sales team and production on project matters till final dispatch.

**B.**

1. Assisting DGM on his day to day production activities and work as advise and under his guidance.

2. Preparing reports, PPT and other miscellaneous work of production.
