Ipd Coordinator

The IPD Coordinator for the Gynecology Department ensures smooth daily operations within the inpatient unit. This includes coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, managing room cleanliness and maintenance, and overseeing staff availability. The role also involves ensuring timely doctor rounds, patient vaccinations, and managing patient feedback. The coordinator will also handle complaint resolution and assist in improving patient satisfaction. Additionally, they maintain accurate records and reports for physicians, staff, and monthly reviews.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Ensure room cleanliness, patient comfort, and timely responses from staff.

Oversee doctor rounds and ensure timely vaccinations for babies.

Manage patient feedback, address complaints, and enhance patient experience.

Maintain accurate records and monthly reports for medical staff.

Ensure proper staff availability and resource management.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in healthcare administration or coordination.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of patient care in a gynecology department is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
