Chat Customer Service Representative

As a **Chat Customer Service Representative working onsite in Mumbai for financial account**, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while helping them with technical & troubleshooting requirements while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
**What You’ll be Doing**
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Interpret financial transaction patterns and documents (payslips, tax statements, etc.)
**What You Bring to the Role**
- 1 year or more of financial or Anti-Money Laundering experience
- Completed 2 years in college or equivalent
- Computer experience
