We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telemarketing Executive** to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products or services and prices
- Deliver scripted sales pitches and adjust as necessary
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas
- Record customer information and updates in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and prospects
- Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
