Full understanding of process, development & deployment of methodologies for process improvement and transformation including risk assessment.
- Deliver, standardize and drive efficiency in continuous finance processes in record-to-report, banking, fixed assets and shared services accounting processes in the region.
- Strong expertise and hands on experience in F&A Operations especially RTR processes. P2P / O2C working knowledge will be good to have.
- Provide inputs and updates for governance scheduled with both internal & external stakeholders.
- Work with Business Finance Controllers and Global colleagues to maintain best-in-class processes and implementation of transformation.
- Develop and implement procedures and operational ways of work in a standardized, efficient and effective manner for all markets in the realm of the R2R and general financial accounting stream.
- Preparation of Documentation / DTP on the transformed process.
- Maintain R2R and general financial accounting related internal controls within the region.
- Coaching and mentoring the end users while project implementation.

**Primary Skills**:

- ERP Work experience -Hands-on in SAP MUST.
- Basic knowledge of SQL along with Digital Analytical Tools knowledge (Celonis, Power BI) is desirable

**Secondary Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - PPT, Excel, Word.
- Program management experience in either of combination of F&A Transition/RPA and various other type of Business Improvement programs.
