**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from international clients.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent **spoken and written English communication** skills.
- Prior experience in **international voice process / BPO / call center** is mandatory.
- Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in international calling (voice process).
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
