IT Recruiter

**Outcomes**:
Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate to refine job requirements.

**Efficient Recruitment Process**:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

Contribute to the successful onboarding and integration of new hires.

**Utilization of Recruitment Tools**:Effectively use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment technology.
