**Job Title**: Pizza Chef

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Manage dough preparation, proofing, and rolling for a variety of pizza bases
- Assemble pizzas with precise topping placement and consistent quality.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Innovate and create new pizza recipes to keep the menu exciting.
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Address and resolve customer feedback in a professional manner.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Proficiency in dough preparation, pizza-making techniques, and oven operation.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Creativity and passion for developing new recipes.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
