**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Outreach**: Make outbound calls to students interested in studying abroad, explain available opportunities, and address queries.
- **Lead Conversion**: Persuade and encourage students to visit the office for further counseling.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students to ensure engagement and appointment scheduling.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving monthly conversion targets.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update student records in CRM software.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth process for students.
**Candidature Requirements**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in sales/telecalling, preferably in education, study abroad, or a related sector.
- **Excellent English communication skills** (both verbal and written).
- Strong **persuasion and negotiation abilities** to convert leads into office visits.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Basic knowledge of study-abroad destinations** (USA, UK, Canada, Germany, etc.) is preferred.
- **Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.**
