Assoc Dir Solution Architect

About the role: The Microsoft Power Platform Architect is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, domain architects, and dev teams to define and execute the Platform strategy and roadmap. The architect will provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and robust solutions.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to define the Platform architecture and design principles.
- Assess business requirements and provide recommendations on the best use of Platform tools.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices for Power Platform development.
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions that align with the organization's overall technology landscape and integration requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams working on Power Platform projects.Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions
- Establish governance processes and policies to ensure the effective management and administration of the Power Platform environment.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in Power Platform solutions.
- Work with the development team to define specifications for customizations and custom code. Support multiple Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and creating technical solutions

**Minimum requirements**
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions.
- Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
- Core Skills: C#, SQL,.Net, Power Apps, Microsoft DataVerse (CDS), Power Automate.
- Design and Architecture exp in M365/Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Cloud Flows, Power BI
- M365 with governance, policy definition, process creation & license management
- Azure DevOps
