- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and promote relevant products/services
- Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **English and Tamil** (must)
- Knowing additional languages like **Hindi, Telugu, Kannada**, etc., is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
