To perform IPQA activities at shop floor in each and every stage of manufacturing and packing.
- QA overview for clean room behavior and aseptic activity.
- Review of batch processing records.
- Review of all documents relating to the manufacturing, packaging and analysis report prior to batch release.
- Review of documents of respective areas and logbooks for adequacy and completeness.
- IPQA of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging and Dispatch activities.
- Review and control of Documents (SOP’s, Specification, BMR and BPR issuance, Master Formula Records).
- Preparation and Review of process validation protocols and reports.
- Executing the validation/revalidation activity in absence of authorized person.
- Any job activity assigned by HOD.
- Responsible for regulatory audits with exposure equivalent to WHO, FDA etc.
- Inspection - Release/ Rejection of incoming material against approved specification.
- Issuance, approval, retrieval, archival and updation of Documents.
- Reviewed of certificate of analysis for finished products.
- Issuance and handling of change control, non-conformity, deviation and CAPA.
- Handling, recording, investigation and reporting of customer complaints.
- Updating and maintenance of departmental risk register.
- Review of packing order, checking of labels.
