The Team: Marketing operations team provides operational support for athenahealth’s Marketing organization and responsible to ensure that timely and accurate US healthcare provider data is available for Marketing and Sales activities.

Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for setup and configuration of Salesforce Interaction Studio and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinate with the technology and business teams to integrate other systems with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Social Studio & Automation Studio to achieve program goals
- Administer the platform to add user, profiles, roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.Document use cases, workflows, Marketing automation processes, policies, procedures and supporting data requirements for the technology group and our internal stakeholders.Provide immediate technical support to user’s questions or issues within Marketing Cloud. Interact with Salesforce support and technology team for escalations as needed.

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science or related field.5+ years’ experience in Marketing Cloud Administrator role. 2+ years’ experience in Interaction Studio/Customer Data Platform “CDP”, analytics and data driven marketing. Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Cloud Administrator Certifications strongly preferred.
- Experience in CRM and Marketing Automation systems including lead management, lead nurturing/scoring, marketing campaign management, etc., Knowledge of Salesforce security, standard and customized functionality, and basic architecture
- Proficient in the following languages Server-Side JavaScript, AMPscript, Guide Template Language, SQL and/or SOQL, HTML, and CSS.Experience creating and executing integration and user acceptance test plans is preferred
