Gain complete proficiency in managing billing systems and financial operations with the ability to execute end-to-end billing and collection processes efficiently, including:
**Billing System Management**: Maintain an up-to-date billing system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
**Invoice Generation**: Generate and send out invoices promptly, ensuring all billing information is correct.
**Payment Collection and Allocation**: Follow up on outstanding payments, collect and allocate them to the correct accounts efficiently.
**Timely Reporting**: Perform billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines, maintaining accountability.
**Account Reconciliation**: Carry out regular account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and aligned.
**Customer Account Monitoring**: Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities to minimize risks.
**Payment Discrepancy Resolution**: Research and resolve payment discrepancies effectively to maintain strong customer relationships.
**Financial Accuracy**: Ensure all financial operations adhere to established policies and practices, maintaining transparency and integrity.
**Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with internal teams and customers to address any billing-related concerns or queries.
Requirements*
Compile and generate age analysis reports to monitor accounts receivable performance.
Regularly review AR aging to ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable customer files and records for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently, fostering strong customer relationships.
Develop a robust recovery system and initiate collection efforts to manage overdue accounts effectively.
Provide support during month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Collect data and prepare monthly metrics to evaluate accounts receivable performance and drive improvements.
