**Job Title**: Field Data Collection Intern - MSME Outreach

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our team as **Field Data Collection Interns**. In this role, Interns will play a vital part in gathering key information from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This hands-on position involves traveling to MSME locations and collecting data based on predefined criteria in a structured format.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit assigned MSMEs within the designated **Industrial Development Areas in Kolar, Tumkur, Ramanagara,kanakapura and Mysore**, and engage with key personnel to collect accurate and relevant information.
- Follow data collection guidelines and adhere to criteria outlined in the provided data sheet.
- Represent the company positively by maintaining a high level of professionalism during all interactions.
- Accurately record and update data in the required format and ensure timely submission.
- Communicate any challenges faced during the data collection process to the concerned team for resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Business Administration (BBM, MBA, or PGDM)** or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have access to a **two-wheeler and a smartphone**.
- ** Proficiency in Kannada** is mandatory for effective communication with MSME personnel.
- Willingness to travel locally (**10-25 km per day**) within the Industrial Development Areas of the mentioned districts.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive approach to work.

**Work Location**:

- Industrial Development Areas in **Kolar, Tumkur, Ramanagara,kanakapura and Mysore** (on-field role)

**Internship Duration**:

- ** 1-3 months**
