**Qualification**: MBBS with MHA / MBA in Hospital Administration
**Experience**: 3 - 5 Years (in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management)
**Reporting To**: Medical Director

**Job Summary**:
The Deputy Medical Director will be responsible for independently handling the day-to-day medical and administrative operations of the hospital. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining quality standards, ensuring patient satisfaction, and supporting the Medical Director in implementing the hospital’s strategic and operational objectives.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational & Administrative Management**:

- Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and administrative teams.
- Implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards effectively.
- Supervise and monitor support services including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and biomedical waste management.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance in all operational activities.
- Prepare and review departmental reports and performance indicators.

**2. Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality of patient care.
- Supervise infection control and patient safety programs.
- Monitor clinical performance indicators and assist in audits and accreditation (NABH/NABL) processes.
- Address and resolve patient grievances with a focus on service excellence.

**3. Staff Management & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with consultants, RMOs, and nursing staff for seamless clinical operations.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters, leave schedules, and staffing plans.
- Support HR in recruitment, appraisal, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
- Organize training, workshops, and CME sessions for continuous professional development.

**4. Policy Implementation & Hospital Development**:

- Implement hospital policies as per the direction of the Medical Director.
- Support the introduction of new healthcare services, technologies, and process improvements.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient-centered care.

**5. Liaison & Coordination**:

- Act as a link between hospital departments and the Medical Director.
- Liaise with external agencies, government bodies, and TPA/insurance networks when required.
- Represent the hospital in meetings, audits, and administrative reviews.

- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
