**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, with a specific focus on Social Media Optimization and Paid Advertising.
- Manage and optimize various social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other digital ad networks.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize the effectiveness of paid campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media, digital advertising, and online consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure cohesive and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine and enhance campaign performance.
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve optimal results within allocated spending limits.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging digital marketing technologies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a focus on Social Media Optimization and Paid Advertising.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads), and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices for engagement.
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles and practices.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
