**Sales officer - Delhi**

**Location: Delhi**

**Salary Range**: 22K to 25K

**Experience**: 10 to 15 years in sales (FMCG/ FMCD)

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Development of distribution network through appointment of Distributors
- Expansion of retail network
- Visit to more & more potential Wholesalers/Distributors/Dealers, explain them about the products
- Meeting the sales target, Local area knowledge is must
- **Market knowledge of Punjab, Haryana and nearby states will be an added advantage**
- Visiting the Market on daily basis
- Recording orders & sending details to the sales office
- Promoting new products & special Deals
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and creating sales quotas for the team and individual sales representatives
- Suggesting and executing strategic plans as determined by market trends.
- Managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to improve their skills, ensure they achieve a high professional standard, and help them achieve their monthly sales goals
- Generating and presenting monthly sales reports to executives

**Education and professional qualifications**:
**Skills required**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- **Sales management experience is a must**
- Exceptional customer relationship management
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
