**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Shadow Teacher** to provide one-on-one support to children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.) in a mainstream school setting.
You’ll assist the child in academics, social interaction, and behavior management to help them succeed in class.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Special Education preferred)
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a similar role (Freshers may apply)
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and classroom coordination
