- Provide one-on-one assistance to children during school activities
- Support students in focusing, learning, and engaging with the curriculum
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized learning plans
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with children, particularly those with special needs (preferred)
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents
