We are hiring a motivated and dynamic individual to manage both online and offline activities for a political election campaign in Naugachia. This dual-role opportunity includes responsibilities in social media marketing as well as ground-level fieldwork to support campaign operations.

**Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing**
- Create and post engaging content including images, videos, and stories aligned with the campaign message
- Handle community engagement by replying to comments and DMs professionally
- Monitor performance analytics and provide daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team for content creation

**Field Work & Campaign Support**
- Distribute flyers, posters, and campaign materials across key areas
- Coordinate with local supporters and volunteers
- Assist in organizing rallies, public meetings, and door-to-door campaigns
- Collect feedback from the public and share insights with the central campaign team
- Ensure visibility of campaign branding in target zones

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in social media handling or political campaign fieldwork (preferred)
- Must be based in or near Naugachia or willing to travel/stay during the campaign
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (local language fluency is a must)
- Basic knowledge of social media tools and mobile content editing apps
- Physically fit and willing to work extended hours during peak campaign days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
