Position: Block Life Advisor
Location: Gram Panchayat-Based (Rural Areas)

**Salary**: Performance-Based (Up to ₹20,000/Month)

We are a social-oriented organization dedicated to improving financial security in rural areas through life insurance awareness and enrollment. We aim to empower individuals to secure their families' future by providing life insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct door-to-door and community-level awareness campaigns about life insurance.

2. Build relationships with Gram Panchayat members and community leaders to promote insurance products.

3. Sell life insurance policies to individuals and families based on their requirements.

4. Provide post-sales support, including policy renewal and customer assistance.

5. Meet monthly sales targets and submit performance reports to the district coordinator.

**Requirements**:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Strong communication skills in the local language.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned Gram Panchayat area.

Self-motivated with a passion for community service and financial inclusion.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or NGO activities is an advantage.
