**Job Summary**
- We are looking for a talented _**Business Development Executive **_to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company's success according to trends and customer requirements._

**Role & responsibilities**
- **2. Strategy Planning**:_ _Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for conducting of events and promotions across the country in line with the overall organizational objectives._
- **3. Target achievement**:_Take complete ownership of the event management process, plan events and attendance for specific events and achieve the target audience engagement._
- 4_**. Negotiate with**_ _concerned administrations for business development and brand building._
- 5. _**Mobilize t**_he potential client groups for events, initiatives and programs._
- 6. _**Conceptualize **_and manage advertising and brand campaigns across media Print, OOH, BTL activities like Branded van, mall activations, RWA, event stalls, agency activations & branding etc._
- 7. _**Build partnerships through organi**_sational tie ups_

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- 1. High-performers and individuals with an enterprising streak_
- 2_**. 3-4 years of work experience in Marketing/Business Development/Client management **_ _**exposure in Fine & arts or in Art & Culture.**_
- 4. Top Tier college degree (preferred)_
- 5. Excellent written and oral communication and people skills_
- 6. Sales acumen, client management and Business Development Experience_
- 7. Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse team_
