**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Fine Arts lessons for Grades 11 and 12 in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Teach various art techniques including sketching, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art.
- Prepare students for board examinations, internal assessments, exhibitions, and inter-school competitions.
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression in students through personalized feedback and encouragement.
- Organize art displays, exhibitions, and workshops to showcase student work and promote art appreciation in the school community.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and performance.
- Collaborate with fellow educators on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events.
- Stay updated with trends in contemporary art and incorporate them into the curriculum as appropriate.
- Ensure the maintenance and responsible use of art supplies and classroom materials.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in Fine Arts (MFA) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in various art mediums and techniques.
- Passion for nurturing creativity and artistic talent in students.
- Ability to inspire and engage students of diverse skill levels.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
