**Responsibilities**:
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Accounts Management**:

- Processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate records.
- **Bookkeeping**:

- Recording financial transactions in accounting software.
- Managing petty cash and expense claims.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Supporting the finance team with day-to-day administrative duties.
- **Client & Vendor Relations**:

- Communicating with clients and suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Essential**:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or similar) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience in a similar role or internship.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
