**About us**

PCTE offers a range of academic and extracurricular opportunities. We are seeking colleagues in the areas of Hotel Management, Pharmacy, Computer Science Engineering, and Business Management who can respond to and build on these interests, in collaboration with the other faculty in the program. She or he will also play an important role in developing any new undergraduate or advanced degree programs, building collaborative ties with other programs, etc.

1. Develop and implement effective training and placement strategies for B.Tech CSE, BCA, and MCA students.

2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and organizations to facilitate internship and placement opportunities.

3. Identify and collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver training programs that enhance students' technical and soft skills, ensuring their readiness for the job market.

4. Conduct career counselling sessions and workshops to guide students in making informed career choices and assist them in developing job search strategies, resume writing, interview skills, and professional networking.

5. Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, including coordinating with companies, scheduling interviews, and liaising with students and faculty.

6. Track and maintain accurate records of student placements, internships, and industrial training programs, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies to provide relevant guidance and advice to students.

8. Collaborate with alumni and industry professionals to organize guest lectures, industry visits, and networking events for students.

9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and placement activities through feedback collection and data analysis, making necessary improvements and adjustments.

Participate in professional development activities, conferences, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of training and placement

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
