**Job Purpose**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Execute the company mission and vision aligned with professional office procedure.
- Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
First point of contact for clients and agents queries for transaction and accommodate them in a professional manner.
- Relay and respond to all messages efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate quality support service with the Sales agents in accordance with the company policies & procedures.
- Continue to build stronger relationships with all referral sources, past clients and future clients in order to maximize client satisfaction.
- Managing data files, soft / hard copies properly and confidentially and keeping it updated. Ensure all information between the Client and the Agent is kept confidential with proper filing procedures. Keep important notes, important reminders and schedules.
- Responsible for make Management Information System.
- Responsible for track leads and follow up through CRM.

**Requirements**:
