**Field Operations**: Execute assigned tasks in the field efficiently and effectively. This may include conducting surveys, collecting data, delivering packages, or performing inspections as per the company's requirements.
- **Route Planning**: Plan the most efficient routes to minimize travel time and ensure maximum productivity during field visits.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of field activities, including completed tasks, observations, and any relevant data collected during field visits.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles encountered during field operations, escalating complex issues to the appropriate authorities when necessary.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to supervisors or management regarding field activities, progress, and any challenges faced during execution.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Take responsibility for the proper maintenance and care of equipment or vehicles used during field operations, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar field role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that may require walking, lifting, or standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required depending on the nature of field operations.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role involves working outdoors and may require exposure to various weather conditions.
- Flexible working hours may be necessary, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate field activities.
- Travel within designated areas or regions may be required, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

Pay: ₹9,334.11 - ₹30,485.34 per month
