Position: Executive - SCM/ Logistics **( On Third-party Payroll Position)**

Company: Healthcare Industry

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate, additional qualification is a plus

Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience, in Transportation, Imports

Work from Home/office: 2 days a week will be WFO
No. of Days per week: 5 days
Shift Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for Logistic day to day transactional activities, such as

1. Tracking Production readiness for all the FG units.

2. Co-ordination with plant team to check the clearance status

3. Co-ordination with Warehouse for storage and dispatches.:
4. Interaction with transporter for vehicle placement with pickup and delivery details.

5. Prepare and complete dispatch paperwork like DC, e-waybill, tax invoice, STO, etc.

6. Maintaining record of local freight cost.

7. Inventory tracking and reconciliation w.r.t Customer dispatches.

8. Pre-shipment activities like ICB PO/SO, STO movement, warehousing,

9. Export shipment documentation, and co-ordination with ECC/CHA. and freight forwarder.

10. Tracking shipment departure and arrival at Customer Site

11. Tracking Local Purchases and consolidating it with the CT dispatch.

12. Maintaining documents and tracking reports on regular basis.

**Relationships -**

Individuals in this position will have ongoing interaction and communications with the following:
Warehouse Team
Transport Vendors
ECC team
Contract Admin, Sales, Service, PM Regional teams

Should have good communication skills, Smart & eager to learn.

Knowledge of Excel is a must.
