**Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual and Automation)**

**Location**: Indore

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and working closely with our development team to resolve issues. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our software products are robust, reliable, and meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across various platforms.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and develop appropriate test strategies.
- Continuously improve and expand the automation test framework to increase test coverage.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of test cases, test results, and bug reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in QA, with a strong background in both manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
