As we expand our horizons, we're seeking a dynamic Purchase Executive to orchestrate and optimize our procurement cycles within a dynamic startup environment.

**Core Responsibilities**:As a Purchase Executive, you'll drive our production forward by:

- Order Placement:_ Effectively placing purchase orders with vendors for required materials, components, and equipment based on project needs and timelines.
- Vendor Sourcing:_ Identifying and on boarding new vendors to expand our supplier network and keep our options open.
- Vendor Communication:_ Building and nurturing strong vendor relationships to ensure seamless communication, issue resolution, and favorable terms.
- Negotiation Skills:_ Using your negotiation finesse to secure competitive pricing and terms while maintaining quality standards.
- Quality Assurance:_ Ensuring procured materials meet our quality standards and technical specifications.
- Record Keeping: _Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions, including orders, receipts and expenses for precise bookkeeping.
- Vendor Management:_ Continuously evaluating potential vendors, tracking orders, and managing vendor relationships.
- Process Adherence:_ Strictly adhering to our procurement processes and policies and suggesting improvements when needed.
- Technical Understanding:_ Grasping technical manufacturing and electronics details to effectively engage with vendors and understand capabilities.

- Financial Acumen_: Understanding of financial implications and the big picture.
- Problem Solving_: A proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Time Management_: Efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Technical Proficiency_: Familiarity with technical aspects of manufacturing and electronics.

**Salary**: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
