**Office Timing**: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm (Subject to change as per requirement; total work hours will remain the same)

**Department**: Finance (Must have prior experience in the restaurant industry)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Must have at least **two years of prior experience in the hospitality industry**.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze **daily sales reports**, ensuring accurate financial recording.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of staff wages.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Perform **vendors’ reconciliation** while facilitating smooth communication.
- Visit and handle finance-related tasks across all three locations (Worli, Juhu, and Colaba) as part of operational responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, preferably in the **restaurant or hospitality industry**.
- Proficiency in accounting software - **Tally**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial challenges in the hospitality sector.
