**About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Marketing & Brand Associate to lead our digital campaigns and online branding efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Hyderabad Experience Center. This role is focused on brand storytelling, digital engagement, and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest, WhatsApp and AI tools.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, content calendars, and paid promotions
- Create visually compelling and brand-aligned content using tools like Canva
- Run WhatsApp marketing and engage with warm leads via digital touchpoints
- Maintain CRM with accurate digital lead data and status updates
- Conduct cold outreach and lead follow-ups via digital platforms and phone
- Track performance metrics, generate campaign reports, and optimize content
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, photographers, and influencers
- Research trends and recommend digital growth strategies

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or branding
- Proficiency in Canva, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedin, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and other CRM tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital initiatives
- Strong sense of aesthetics and branding
- Must be available for full-time on-site work in Hyderabad
